We recently stayed in Granada for a few days. I got to do some walks and runs in the Sierra Nevada national park and we caught a local festival on a day trip into the city.
On a trip to Nerja for some lunch, we were lucky enough to turn up on the day of the san isidro festival. There was a service in the large church on the Balcon De Europa, then a procession throught the town.
in a recent Spain trip we did a day trip to Ronda we also headed up to Setenil De Las Bodegas, which is a small village with the famous overhanging rock street.
